I used to call it “getting oiled up”. That 20 – 30 minutes in the morning of pain and stiffness. I had to move through it every day. The irony is that in the end it was “getting oiled up” that changed everything.
Here is what happened for me:
Within 2-3 days the pain and stiffness I had experienced immediately after getting out of bed dropped by 60-80%. I also experienced a clarity of focus and a sense of calm.
